Your payment: at the time of booking you pay a deposit of 30% of your reservation. If you make a booking without making a successful payment, you will receive a link to pay the deposit within 24 hours, to keep your reservation ‘alive’. The full balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. Within these margins, you can make payments just the way you like and choose your own amounts and moments. That way, you can even use your customer account at Riverdale Lodges for your private holiday saving. A guest who used this option, and paid a little bit every month, said that it was so easy that “she felt like she never had paid for the holiday”. That might be a bit too rosy a way of putting it, but it illustrates the flexibility that is at your disposal with our smart payment system.
Our prices are all inclusive: some parks show prices that look great at first sight, but when you start your booking you have to add a lot of the things that you need or want and your end price is more than what it looked at first sight. A charge for dogs, WiFi and Netflix, cleaning, towels and linen, or you even have to make your own beds! That’s not with us. When you see a price, it is the FINAL PRICE with ALL EXTRAS and ALL 5*LUXURY INCLUDED.
Bring the dog(s) for free and get a comfy dog bed and everything your dog needs (bowls, towels, brushes). Use the indoor hot-shower dog-wash, the shampoo, towels, dryers! Enjoy the goodies in your bathroom, all the kitchen supplies, and the hamper with a supply of basics and something to eat and drink when you arrive (see the extensive list at the bottom of each lodge's description). No charge for fast WiFi, luxury bed linen, a generous supply of towels, your own washing machine, it's all in your lodge or you can add it FREE OF CHARGE (e.g. Nespresso machine, travel cot, high chair). And don't waste precious holiday time on cleaning, it's all included in our prices! Even if you bring the dogs! We want you to relax and enjoy 5*luxury knowing it’s all included!
